Candida - Myth or Facts?

Facts:

You need a healthy bacterial intestinal flora to be healthy, stay healthy and vibrant.

Candida/Yeast organisms are always present in your intestinal tract.

There are 81 strains of yeast organisms.

Candida Albicans is the most common yeast found in the human intestinal tract.

Normal intestinal bacterial flora keeps yeast/candida in check.

Antibiotics destroy only bacteria - the good and the bad!

Antibiotics do not affect yeast/Candida organisms.

More Facts

Every time you take antibiotics, you destroy your normal healthy intestinal bacteria.

This is true, if you took antibiotics yesterday or 20 years ago

Candida/yeast organisms take over your intestinal tract.

You end up with Candidiasis/yeast overgrowth - and many "unexplained" health problems.

Antibiotics Are Over-Prescribed

Antibiotics Are Overprescribed   The rampant over prescription of antibiotics in the United States has led to a widespread destruction of people's healthy intestinal bacterial flora.

The overgrowth of Candida in the intestinal tract is affecting at least one third of the people in the United States, probably much more.

Antibiotics in Livestock Feed

Antibiotics in Livestock Feed

The rampant use of antibiotics in livestock feed has led to antibiotic residue in the meat that comes from commercial feedlots.

In other words - every time you eat a commercially raised steak you contribute to the destruction of your bacterial flora....
