I get letters
Hi Dr. Z,
Just sending you a quick note to let you know how well I'm doing. It's a few days before Christmas and I have not gotten sick yet this Fall/Winter season. I'm surprised because I typically get sick right before Thanksgiving and then again right before Christmas. I think my immune system is stronger.
I've taken the Pleo San Strep drops every day for 6 months and the Pleo Not drops every day for a little over a year as you suggested. I think they have helped to boost my immune system.
I used to have so many sinus infections and sinus irritation. I could only go 2 weeks without some kind of sinus problem. It was a year in October since I started seeing you and now I don't even have sinus problems. It's amazing! I am so glad I'm not still taking sudafed every day as directed by my medical doctor. But I'm even more happy about the way I feel. Thanks for making me feel good again!
