Quotes for Your Life
"Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations."
George Bernard Shaw

Origin of the West Nile Virus
The West Nile Virus was first discovered in 1937 by a group of researchers working in the West Nile district of Uganda. With the development of more accurate serological tests in the 1950's, the virus became easier to diagnose, leading to the tracking of outbreaks in various areas. The virus eventually spread to many African countries, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
