Your credit card is charged through Authorize.Net at the time you place your order - for the merchandise, tax if applicable and shipping. The order is then shipped either that day or the next depending on the time of day. | ||||

How long until I receive my order? | ||||
Our goal is for you to receive your order within 7-10 working days from the time you place the order. Since we are closed over the weekends and do not process orders then, orders placed Friday evening through Sunday evening are processed on Monday morning. In some cases, if you order a hard-to-find or back-ordered supplement, shipping may take longer. Some items also may be permanently out-of-stock and you will receive an e-mail stating that this item is no longer available. | ||||
