Hi Dr. Z, Just sending you a quick note to let you know how well I'm doing. It's a few days before Christmas and I have not gotten sick yet this Fall/Winter season. I'm surprised because I typically get sick right before Thanksgiving and then again right before Christmas. I think my immune system is stronger.
