I'm 71 years old. For years I've suffered from low energy and depression. Upon the recommendation of Dr. Z I've embarked on his liquid, high protein weight loss program.
Within the first week I lost four pounds. To my amazement I'm much less depressed. My outlook on life has improved wonderfully. I can concentrate better, and I am getting things done that I've been putting off for years.
